• Live Arrival Guarantee is provided (unless FedEx stipulation applies).

• All DOA (Dead on Arrival) animals must be retained and await seller instructions.

• Original shipping box must be kept for any DOA claim (photos and video required).

• Failure to follow DOA instructions will void any credit.

• No cash refunds — credit only toward future order. No refunds on deposits; credit only.

• Any issues must be reported in writing within 2 hours of delivery/signature.

• Seller is not responsible for FedEx delays or mishandling.

• Buyer is responsible for knowing all state and local laws in their area.
